Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup fat free milk
4 ounces Light Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 10 ounce bags frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 10 ounce can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients
6 medium baking potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Rice Crispie Treats Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
6 cups rice crispie cereal
4 cups mini marshmallows or 40 large marshmallows
Method:
1.Melt butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until completely melted.

1 large onion
1/2 cup parsley sprigs minus stems
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly ground white pepper
3/4 cup water
