Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1/3 cup dehydrated sun dried tomatoes
5 1/2 ounces chicken breast fillet, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 eggs, beaten lightly

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons each margarine and canola oil
