<p>Here are 10 no-nonsense tips for fast, healthy weight loss :</p>
<p>1) Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day &#8211; this helps flush your body of impurities and fat. You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.<br />
2) Break up your meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones &#8211; this will help speed up your metabolism and keep you from getting too hungry in between meals.<br />

4) Decrease your fat intake &#8211; try for no more than 20 grams per day.<br />

<p>Despite the way it feels, losing weight isn&#8217;t a mysterious process. It&#8217;s a simple matter of burning more calories than you eat. But, if it were really that simple, none of us would have a weight problem, would we? Weight loss can be such a struggle that we start thinking we have to do something drastic to see results &#8212; diets, pills or those weird fitness gadgets on infomercials that promise instant success. The true secret to weight loss is this: Make small changes each and every day and you&#8217;ll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget about instant results and settle in for the long run.<br />
<strong>Rules of Weight Loss</strong><br />
To lose one pound of fat, you must burn approximately 3500 calories over and above what you already burn doing daily activities. That sounds like a lot of calories and you certainly wouldn&#8217;t want to try to burn 3500 calories in one day. However, by taking it step-by-step, you can determine just what you need to do each day to burn or cut out those extra calories. Below is a step by step process for getting started.<br />
<strong> 1. Calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate).</strong> Your BMR is what your body needs to maintain normal functions like breathing and digestion. This is the minimum number of calories you need to eat each day. Keep in mind that no calculator will be 100% accurate, so you may need to adjust these numbers as you go along.<br />
<strong> 2. Calculate your activity level.</strong> Use a calorie calculator to figure out how many calories you burn while sitting, standing, exercising, lifting weights, etc. throughout the day. It helps to keep a daily activity journal or you could even wear a heart rate monitor that calculates calories burned.<br />
<strong>3. Keep track of how many calories you eat.</strong> You can use a site like Calorie Count or use a food journal to write down what you eat and drink each day. Be as accurate as possible, measuring when you need to or looking up nutritional information for restaurants, if you eat out.<br />
<strong>4. Add it up</strong>. Take your BMR number, add your activity calories and then subtract your food calories from that total. If you&#8217;re eating more than you&#8217;re burning, (your BMR + activity is 2000 and you&#8217;re eating 2400 calories) you&#8217;ll gain weight. If you&#8217;re burning more than you eat, you&#8217;ll lose weight.</p>

<p><strong>Fat Burning Food Program</strong>;There  are certain foods which actually burn more fat than the Calorie content  of the food itself. These fat burning foods are <strong>Natural Plant  Foods.</strong> There are many healthy and delicious foods which can be  considered negative calorie foods and/or fat-burning foods. Whether you  want to try eating these foods only in order to lose weight quickly (ala  the Negative Calorie Diet) is up to you. But, no matter what, you  should try to incorporate at least a few of them into your everyday  diet. They all offer one or more significant health, fitness, and/or fat  loss benefits!<br />
<strong> Build a Diet You Enjoy Otherwise You are not going to stick  with it</strong><br />
I believe that a lot of our attention needs to shift away from pointless  debates (for example, low carb vs. high carb is getting really old… so  like… get over it everyone, its a calorie deficit that makes you lose  weight, not the amount of carbs).<br />
Instead, our focus should shift towards these questions:<br />
<strong>* How can we build an eating program that we can enjoy while  still getting us leaner and healthier?<br />
* How can we build an eating program that helps us control calories?<br />
* How can we build an eating program that improves compliance? </strong><br />
Here’s one good answer: Eat a wide variety of high nutrient density, low  calorie density foods that you enjoy which still fit with in healthy,  fat-burning, muscle-building guidelines! In my upcoming posts I will  write about the lists of foods you can choose to achieve these three  outcomes. This eating program is not difficult to stick with at all, by  the way.I enjoy eating like this and it feels almost weird not to eat  like this after doing it for so long. Remember, habits work in both  directions, and as motivational speaker has said,<br />
<strong>“Bad habits are easy to form and hard</strong> <strong>to live  with and</strong> <strong>good habits are hard to form but easy to live  with</strong>.”</p>

Diet is  important also for those who are going through from ailments, proper  food can make them prone towards getting better and gaining their health  back rapidly. Good and healthy food helps you to counter the  deficiencies like blood deficiencies. But having a proper healthy diet  is important that gives you the needed quantity of nutrients rather then  increasing or decreasing the ratio. With the evolution of web and  extensive research and development work in the field of medical makes it  simple to educate people about what is the proper and healthy diet,  what are nutrients and in what quantity human body need these nutrients,  and what kind of diseases one can face after having unbalanced and  unhealthy food. Not everyone will lose weight at  the same rate, but you will feel fantastic. If you loose more than 17  pounds in four weeks, stay off the diet for five days but stick with  Anti Cellulite program for maintaining your lost weight and then start  again .Always better to be safe and consult a physician before starting  any diet.<br />
The program is based on the <strong>Fat Burning Soup. </strong>You can  eat this soup anytime you are hungry. It’s based on seven days and on  each day, one is required to consume a particular food/s for that day  including the soup.<br />

6 Large green onions<br />
2 carrots<br />
2 Green peppers<br />
1-2 Cans – diced tomatoes, or 1-28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes<br />

Cut vegetables into small to medium pieces.Mix all ingredients in a  large stock pot.<br />
Cook it till boil,then reduce heat and cook soup for 45 minutes.<br />
This soup is a fat burning soup. You can stay on this as long as you  like. This soup can be eaten anytime when you are hungry during the  week, eat as much as you want. The more soup you eat the more weight you  will lose. If you’re going to be away from home, fill a thermos in the  morning so you do not cheat. If you follow this plan as it is written  and do not cheat, you will be amazed at how much weight you can safely  lose.<br />
<strong>Day 1;</strong>Eat as much fat burning soup as you want. Eat any  fruit except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelons are lower in calories  than most other kinds of fruit. Eat only soup and fruit today.<br />
<strong>Day 2;</strong>All veggies today. Eat until you are stuffed with  fresh, raw, cooked or canned veggies. Eat veggies along with the fat  burning soup today. At dinner tonight you can reward yourself with a big  baked potato and butter. Don’t eat any fruit today.<br />
<strong>Day 3;</strong>Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. If  you have not cheated up till now you should have lost 2 – 4 pounds  already.<br />

<strong>Day 5;</strong>You may have 10 to 20 ounces of Chicken grilled  today and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes’ on this day; eat  the fat burning soup at least once today.<br />
<strong>Day 6;</strong>Eat beef and veggies today. You can even have 2 –  3 steaks today if you want today. Eat the soup at least once today.<br />
<strong>Day 7;</strong>Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies,  (stuff yourself), eat the soup at least once today; you can add cooked  veggies to your rice today.<br />

4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces<br />

<strong>Method:</strong><br />
1.Cook bacon pieces in medium saucepan over medium high heat four minutes.<br />
2.Add onions and cook until bacon is crisp and onions are tender.<br />
3.In a small bowl, combine ketchup, white vinegar, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and beans.<br />
4.Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until flavors are blended, 20 minutes.<br />
5.Add sugar. Stir until mixed through and serve hot.</p>

Do not eat starch carbohydrates after 3pm.<br />
Reduce the consumption of carbohydrates<br />
Keep carbohydrates low, approximately 25-30% of your total calories for 3 days (increase protein and good fats for compensation). At the 4th day consume high amount of carbohydrates.<br />
<strong>Try to remove whole grain products from your diet</strong><br />
Some people have sensitivity to gluten contained in whole grain products, causing inflation by making weight loss difficult. Remove some starch foods from your diet and increase fat free protein and vegetables then you may as well increase the weight loss.<br />
<strong>Experiment by removing milk from your diet</strong><br />
Some people have lactose intolerance or are allergic to milk and not know it. Try to remove them from your daily diet and see the effect on your weight loss attempts.<br />
