Chicken Baking Recipe
Ingredients:
6 5 ounce chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
Method:
1.Combine Creole Seasoning and corn flake crumbs.
2.Brush chicken with buttermilk and roll chicken in crumb mixture.
3.Place chicken in baking dish and bake at 375F for 1 hour. 6 servings.
