Ingredients
6 medium baking potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
1.Cut potatoes into wedges or slices and lightly spray a baking sheet with fat free oil.
2.Place potato wedges or slices in a plastic bag with spices and half of the oil, then toss to cover all.
3.Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes turning and brushing often with the remaining oil.
4.Broil about 5 minutes turning after 3 minutes. Servings: 4
Fat: 4 g Calories: 185 Fiber: 4.3g

I bought both of Suzannes diet books and started following the diet after reading all the way through both books. Well I can happily report I have lost 10 pounds in almost 3 weeks (less 2 days) and I feel really good. I have not once felt deprived and probably most important of all I have found it so easy to follow. I have a long way to go with about 60 more pounds to lose. But I already know I can eat this way for the rest of my life. Hope you are encouraged to get started, I know thats the hardest part most of the time. Truly I’m a happier person now that I have found this plan that works so well. Much success to you all.
