Ingredient:
4 oz salmon
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic

Grilling:
1.Mix well all ingredients in a bowl.
2.Marinate Fish pieces in mixture and wait for two hours.(can marinate whole day too store in refrigerator)
3.Grill or broil until salmon is flaky but not dry about 3 minutes per side.
Enjoy with Bread or rice with Stir fry herbs and vegetables.
