INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast mince(500 gms)
Chopped spinach 2-3 bunches
Chopped green onions 5-6
Chopped mint leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilies to taste
Chopped onion 1
Boiled mashed chana daal(gram pulse) 1 cup(soaked over night and then chopped)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Red chilly to taste
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Take chicken mince in a bowl and add the chopped spinach, green onions, mint n coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, egg, lemon juice, spices, chana daal..etc
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix very well and then keep aside for an hour or two
Make kebabs and grill them,these are chicken kebabs with a lot of veggies so very good in taste and very healthy also and they taste is really good, Try it and Please leave your comments.
