With the right fuel, your car can win the race… but without the right fuel, you may not be able to get out of the pit! Did you know that there are certain foods that can zap the life right out of you? On the other hand, did you also know there are certain foods that make you feel incredible? When you eat the right power foods, you will be unstoppable.
Healthy Tasty Food Recipies:
Spend less time in the kitchen – and eat better too – using my recipes for quick meals using mainly unprocessed foods.
Healthy Break fast:
- Cut up an apple and mix the pieces into some low-fat yogurt. It makes the apple easier to eat and will certainly fill you up.
- Chop a banana and add it to 500ml of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk in a blender. Add two eggs and a couple of tablespoons of honey. Blend into a great tasting, fat burning milkshake! At first this sounds disgusting but you really can’t taste the eggs – all the fat burning benefits and none of the taste!
- Chop up an apple and mix it into your oatmeal. Sprinkle some cinamon on too for a great tasting breakfast (or any meal really). It has been suggested that cinamon can even help to raise your metabolism! Why not go all out and throw some sultanas/raisins in there too.
